Tensions remained high outside Roodepoort Primary school after Tuesday’s chaos had subsided. "If you going to shoot me then you must shoot me dead, because I will fucking hunt you boy" said one parent to the police outside the school gates. Netwerk24's Gys Visser was at the scene and filed the following video footage. Watch Violence had flared up at the primary school early on Tuesday, with police firing teargas and rubber bullets to disperse protesting parents. At least five people were injured where one community member was shot with a rubber bullet and taken to hospital. The school remained closed while parents protested.
